Wedding Breakfast menu

Iced watermelon barrel aged Greek feta, roast 
pumpkin seeds

Cubes of seedless watermelon with barrel aged feta, finished with citrus dressing and toasted pumpkin seeds 
Chicken Vinaigrette 
Pan roasted supreme of free range chicken on a bed of 
super fine haricot vert.
Served with gratin Dauphinoise potato dressed with a tarragon, shallot reduction

Iced Scandinavian berries
The best available summer berries, individually frozen, served with hot white chocolate ganache.

Coffee and Tea served with our signature wedding truffles
