Library
The first building on this site, a church, dates back to the 12th century. Around 1200 this church became the chapel of a Benedictine nunnery first known as the Priory of St James and later as Hinchingbrooke Priory. Because of the warm and quiet atmosphere of the Library, it is a favourite choice for civil ceremonies with seating for 130 (max).
The Library offers an attractive alternative to the Assembly Room for the wedding breakfast, seating up to 120.
