A booking is not firm until a booking form has been completed and returned to the Letting Office.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

Hinchingbrooke reserve the right to require a payment of a deposit at any time prior to the holding of a function, the amount of which will be determined by Hinchingbrooke.

Catering can only be provided by Hinchingbrooke Catering Services and for certain functions (i.e. weddings, dinners, balls) a minimum number of guests or spend may be stipulated.

No intoxicating liquor or food shall be sold, supplied or brought on the Premises except under licence held by the Catering Manager.

Hinchingbrooke House is governed by County Council regulations. Cambridgeshire County Council is a non-smoking authority.

Naked flames are not permitted within Hinchingbrooke House.

Video Recording: Under UK law it is generally understood that the videographer (professional or amateur camcorder owner) or the person(s) requesting the recording to be made need to be licensed to record music material still protected by copyright. For further details go to www.videolicence.co.uk

Seek approval and sanction of the Lettings Office prior to any plans being made for the use of the House and Grounds which is beyond normal usage. Fireworks are not permitted.

The hirer is liable for any damage caused to themselves or their party. For your own peace of mind and to cover any unforeseen circumstances, we recommend that you take out insurance. Please see www.events-insurance.co.uk for further information.
