Sam & Sharon, you have both been so patient and accommodating with all our requests, queries and visits. You made the whole planning process so easy. It was wonderful to be able to trust in two such hard-working and caring people. Your attention to detail was faultless and we cannot thank you enough for making our dream wedding day a reality.

Dear Mr Riddick,

I gather that you have overall responsibilty for the functions side of Hinchingbrooke House and I wanted to write to thank, through you, all of your colleagues who have worked so hard beforehand and on the day itself to ensure that my daughter's wedding on 31 July was a tremendous success.

In particular I would like to mention Sam Rice whose professionalism and attention to detail meant that nothing was overlooked in the run up to the occasion - and on the day itself she oversaw "procedings" and ensured all ran smoothly.

Additionally Maggie D'Eath, your maitre d'hotel ensured that the meal was presented without hitch and she was always "quietly present" with an eye to detail across the reception.

Many of our guests commented on the splendid surroundings and the high standards of service from your entire team throughout the day. Please pass on my thanks to them all.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your help with Katie and Jonathan's wedding this Saturday, 26th June. The service we received from you and your staff was excellent.  I have had many positive comments about the professionalism of the waiting staff especially once our guests were aware that they were students at the school. They are to be congratulated and are a credit to you the school and themselves. I would particularly like to thank the young man who staffed the bar during the opening, very busy session; he remained polite and friendly at all times - he was brilliant.

I would be pleased if you could pass on my thanks to Maggie (the lady who helped with seating and service) and Elaine who helped during the latter part of the Reception.

Your personal help and experience have been invaluable to me. Thank you very much. You have been patient with our many changes and given advice when asked for help. I know that you arrange many weddings every year but you still made us feel that this wedding was important to you as well as to us; we didn't ever feel that we were on a wedding conveyor belt.

Once again thank you for your help and excellent service; I would be happy to recommend you without reservation.

This is just a short note to express our thanks to you and all of your staff for the way in which you managed the arrangements for our Daughter Ruth's wedding last weekend.

It is approximately two years since Neil proposed to Ruth and that is when the planning effectively started for us. Since then we have all been working hard to organise the event, so your part in this carries a huge responsibility as the culmination of all that effort! For myself, as the Father of the Bride and for my wife, it is hardly possible to imagine a more important day than our Daughter's wedding and the same obviously goes for Ruth & Neil themselves. To hand over the running of the day to someone else demands a large amount of confidence in the organisation responsible and the success of the event depends on people like you.

I must say that we all have nothing but praise for the way in which you and your team performed on the day. The food was lovely, the setting fantastic and your staff's service was excellent. We all had a fantastic time and we have heard nothing but compliments from all our guests for every aspect of the way in which you ran the event.

I have no hesitation in saying that we would heartily recommend you to anyone thinking of using Hinchingbrooke House for their wedding ceremony and reception.

We wish to thank the entire staff who were present at the wedding of our son, Robert - to Emily, on Saturday 6th June.
From the moment we walked into the House, we were totally taken care of in the most friendly and efficient way and we knew immediately that the day was in safe hands.
The rooms looked wonderful and the tables were beautifully laid; we could see that staff had been working very hard so that everything was ready for the arriving guests. Thank you so much.
The waiting staff, from the drinks in the garden to the serving at the meal-and onto the setting up of the buffet-worked quietly and efficiently and seemed happy to be there. Your cheerful and efficient efforts were noted by all. Many thanks to you and the bar staff.
A huge thanks must go to the people we did not see, notably the cook and the helpers in the kitchen. We have never been to a wedding which has served up such top class food. It was amazing! How it could have been served up so attractively presented and hot was a real feat! Plenty of practice we are sure, for anyone who has planned a wedding at Hinchingbrooke House, we would be sure to recommend the venue to friends and we are certain the diary must be full. Our grateful thanks to the cook and staff for the superb meal and buffet.
Obviously the administrators  and gardeners must not be overlooked. How lucky we were to have fine weather so that we could enjoy the gardens. Thank you to the office staff who arranged the day. We would ask you for one last favour, which is to convey our sincere gratefulness to all those who made the day so special for Robert and Emily.
